Early Treatment - Phase I Arch Development

Initial: Very crowded- large diastama (space between the front teeth).  Difficulty with eruption of both upper and lower lateral incisors as well as maxillary 2nd premolars.

Final: Spaces were opened and both upper and lower lateral incisors were guided into the arch form.  Maxillary molars were repositioned to allow eruption of the maxillary 2nd premolars.

Note: This young man will await eruption of his permanent teeth and can expect an easy 2nd Phase without tooth removal.
